I like the part where it stops being an idea.
Engineering physics at BME Budapest, builder at mesh. I have been pulling hardware apart since long before I understood any of it.
- Origin
Amman, Jordan. I grew up taking apart whatever was around the house: old laptops, computer power supplies, a 5.1 system that kept overheating. I was soldering before I really knew what I was doing, and most of what I know about hardware started as junk on my desk.
- Education
A full Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship brought me to Budapest, where I am in my third year of Engineering Physics at BME. I am in the data specialisation: machine learning, data science and neural networks, which is steadily finding its way into what I build.
- Focus
Robotics and AI. Most of what I build now is a physical system with a model somewhere in the loop: a camera that has to understand what it sees, or an arm that has to act on it. Lately that has turned into a startup, which is as much about building a company as building the product.
I am a quick prototyper. I would rather have a rough version working on the desk in a week than a perfect one on paper, and the rough version is usually what shows me where the real problem is.
